We are a highly interdisciplinary lab working at the interface of organic chemistry, biochemistry and biophysics. Key focus is the understanding of protein folding. We use this knowledge to design peptide scaffolds with catalytic activity, to engineer functional peptide materials, and to develop new chemical modification reactions for peptide synthesis.​​​​​​​​​​​​​
